Juan Molina

Juan Molina joined Young+Richards in 2017 and has enjoyed a varied career working in senior design roles for architectural practices in Barcelona and Auckland.

Juan began his career in Barcelona working for local firms and gaining registration as an Architect. Relocating to New Zealand and establishing his own practice Arquitectura in 1992 undertaking high-end residential and commercial workplace commissions for 15 years.

Subsequently Juan was a founding staff member at Cheshire Architects and working on the high profile Auckland Britomart project for 2 years before joining CPRW-Fisher Architects where for 12 years he led teams in design of varied architectural commissions.

Today at Young+Richards, Juan is a Senior Designer bringing his extensive experience to the day to day design and documentation direction of teams on both high end residential, multi-unit residential and commercial projects. In addition, Juan is assisting the practice with refining documentation and specification systems and brings his experience to teams across the office.
